Thanks! Its perfectly work with 'Run as Administrator' step. This trick seems like a joke from Microsoft to IT support.

A good start on this beautiful Monday.

Delete the key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftMSLicensing and all its contents.

When you reconnect with RDP the key will be recreated!

Should I delete the registry key on the server side, or on the client's computer that connects to the server?

I have this same issue- but it's only happening when I try to RDP into a specific server, I can RDP into other servers without issues.

    Hi all,
I had the same issue same like jean-paulfernandes..

I managed to sort out only by using the 'Terminal Server Licensing mode' ..
It was 'Per Device' for me and I changed to 'Per User'..Immediately it starts working..

Check the solution in the following link..

    Cheers!
